Payment Terms

All payments are due prior to cleaners being dispatched.

  1. To receive a full refund you must request to cancel your service up to 1 day prior to service. This can be done by contacting us or cancelling in your member area. 

  2. Cancellation fee: If you cancel your service the day of, we will assess a $35 cancellation fee to your account and refund you the remaining balance.

​

 

Once service is complete there are no refunds.

Please note we offer Swifty Checklist Guarantee. If for any reason something is missed on your clean level. We will always come back to make it right.
