Payment Terms

If paying prior to service

 

  1. To receive a full refund you must request to cancel your service up to 1 day prior to service. This can be done by contacting us or cancelling in your member area.

 

Cancellation fee: If you cancel your service the day of, we will assess a $35 cancellation fee to your account and refund you the remaining balance.

 

If paying after service

 

  1. You must be there to pay pros prior to them departing, you will be sent a link where you can safely pay your invoice.

Cancellation fee: If you cancel your service the day of, we will assess a $35 cancellation fee to your account and you must pay prior to us servicing your home again.

 

Once service is complete there are no refunds.
